Hey Jerry.

Sure does look pretty.

Ya gonna BobLoad it tonight ?

I just finished baking a batch of Kevin's Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies, plus dinner prep so I'm BobLoading the KDS 20 tonight.

Did you change out the Upper Arm to Large or ya still have the shorty arm in it ?

Love the "classic" KA racking.  Always could BobLoad® them to the nth degree moreso than any other I've used.

The Rack

Still have the short arm installed...it seems to give more clearance for items on the lower rack, so Ill try it for now...the thanksgiving extravaganza will be it's first test...with pictures to come!

It looks like you have the 16-level adjustable top rack. that's about the ONLY way to have a KitchenAid. Extreme flexibility and one shouldn't be concerned about clearance with adjusting top rack to meet both bottom & top rack load needs.

Looks like a KDS-18 upper rack. I never would have guessed that it'd fit and function correctly in a 23 series machine. I'll gander a guess that the opposite isn't gonna happen.

Oh Eddie

jetcone's profile picture
it washes like a dream. I am getting used to the stumble-start feature. That took some time as any dishwasher before just roared to life at the tap of the start button. This baby boils the water first and if you forget to add something and open the door ( like I always do!) you get hit with a steam blast!! Once up to temp it roars to life and doesn't stop until the dishes are screaming clean!
