Hi all!

A couple of months ago a bought an hardly used Miele dishwasher ( Miele g562) off an online website, when I got it I did a few test washers and it worked like a dream! That was when I got it, I left it stored inside my house until I could install it 3 days ago! It smelt a bit inside so I did a cycle and everything was great, the next day I did another cycle, but was shocked that the "dream machine " was not cleaning, the detergent cap had not realised ! Tried it on another cycle about 1 hour later and mid way though the first wash phase, ( after per rinse) 5 minutes after I checked if the detergent draw had opened, the machine soaped washing altogether, I was actually sating if front of the machine and it made a little buzz then stopped! The machine wa still on the timer faintly ticking but the was pump stopped, I open and sit the machine turn it on and off no luck. Then I unloaded the button draw, I closed the machine and put it on another different cycle, yay working again,
Mid way though that cycle stopped agin, but at a differ stage in the wash cycle!!

What should I do!
I love this machine!
Is the motor overheating? - if so what next!
Thanks all

I will run it again today and check the machine
The machine is connected to hot water is that the problem ?

I doubt hot water conection is the problem

It sounds like the controller/computer has gone bad or else loose voltage has burned out the motor and the dispenser solenoid.  Makes me wonder if moisture got into the controls.

Not the computer!

How do I check If it is the computer?
Also I noticed that maybe my plumbing was not right, if the outlet was not at the right height for the machine, as there was a little more water than I expected in the pit of the machine, could that cause it to stop?
Thanks all

Seems ok!

I have done about three cycles and it seems ok the motor does not stop and the detergeant draw opens!
But..

The motor almost spund like it is straining nearness end of the main wash between he rinse phases, but then when rinsing starts the motor sounds great???

Normal Sounds

Miele DW's always make that sound at the end of the wash and each rinse, as the water drains before the pump stops. It sounds like its running as it should.

Not a pump sound

I don't think that it is a pump sound as the water sound stops and starts sometimes this happened in the middle of the wash??
Thanks for everyone's help so far!
