Maytag wringers

I suggest ebay and your local Craigslist... There are tons of them up in your neck of the woods. You also might put a wanted ad on Craigslist. I'm sure there are still thousands hanging out in basements.... no basements here in Florida so they seem much harder to find. Happy Hunting!

first place always is CL......search "washer" or "wringer"....under many headings, from appliances, to antiques, to household goods, and once in a while you may find it under free items

Happy hunting!

You can get Speed Queen parts through Lehman's Hardware in Kidron,Ohio. They will ship em to you. They have a website. They carry a lot of other neat stuff too! I used them to fix my Speed Queen built Amana Wringer last year.

There are tons of wringer washers all over CL, fleaPay, etc.

All one has to do is show some initiatve and ingenuity. In particular because the law of averages means the unit one desires is rarely located around the corner.

I curious to know and hope you don't mind me asking. How much were you asking for your E2LPS?

I sold it for $250.  Although the buyer seems like a flake and hasn't paid me yet, I am not worrying.  I had three offers to buy in the first two hours.

Sigh!

It would almost be worth having a KitchenAid Electra just for that voluptuous handle alone....
