I have just had a quick browse of Whirlpool's Aussie website
(www.... whirlpool.com.au), and seen their new large capacity front loader, model 6AWM9150,it takes a 10 kilogram load and also has a pedestal storage drawer, made in Germany, nice looking unit bet it costs a pretty packet too.
Cheers.
Steve.

Ive seen it for about $2500 at the Good Guys.

Ive also seen the huge new Bosch and think that it is much nicer than the Whirlpool.

I wonder how many of these machines would be sold? They are all well over $2000.

Looks like a Kenmore in US

Your new Whirlpool in UK looks like the Sears version of the Duet (HE3/4t) in US. I prefer the Sears version with buttons as opposed to the regular Duet.

seen for first time

I have just seen this model for real on Sunday while browsing through Retravision in the city, it costs $2499.00,quite a price tag however it is a nice looking unit very tall and huge washdrum, hmmmmm with one of these we could wash just once a week but the price tag is just too much for this little black duck.
Cheers.
Steve.
