Suprising to see Gas...most schools use electric as it's easier to wire for it than do gas lines

They both had the packing styrofoam in the washer part..(I did not want to remove it)...I would think with top loaders going away they would of went with FL'ers

The control panel has one less button on the one I found at the local mom/pop appliance store here.....

As far as The NEW washer world of he This is the first of Its kind. No other that i have seen in the MANUFACTURES BULLETN i get. THIS IS SO COOL! Now i wonder how well it will work. The GE Laundry center (also in the kenmore name) is a joke. its built like a Haier Washer.

I was there earlier in both the old and new high schools.

Jerry, did you see any of the appliances in the old HS? We could not find that section (it was changed in 30 years) Unfortunately, not much else in there was changed in 30 years. I did take a lot of pictures and I have of the cafeteria dishwashers (they are coming). Here is what Jon Delano had to say:

Oh sorry, imbed does not seem to work but here is the link:

Found a video on YT that looks  like this kind of machine would work.....
All I can think  at this point  is that there should be a prize  out there for who finds out the most idiot way to wash!

Among balls of wet clothes rolling and tumbling and clothes spinning in  water whirlpools, the good  housewives of once  would  have laughed so hard at them!

Oh Poor world!

Fred

that's the only video available....so far....

but I would like to see more of this machine in action....

I think when they refer to the FreshWater rinse, one it could be a gimmick, but think of the new Speed Queen's with that GRAY water rinse, where not all of the wash water is drained, clothes spun out, and a complete refill for the rinse...

Gosh, remember when manufacturers used to care enough about appearance that they put a grill across the front of the refrigerator under the door?
