Thanks James, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the ISE. The Miele washing machines are very good but as a service engineer I always found Miele a difficult company to deal with. |

I suppose it’s because there a niche brand really and they want their engineer’s to maintain machines and not others. I contacted them for a liquid detergent insert and they sent me it free of charge. I suppose it’s who you speak to on the day and depends on how helpful they want to be, it’s the second miele machine I’ve owned, the first machine I had for 6 years and then decided I wanted a change in machines
