Hello everyone, I a 've always been fanatic with Miele, and
now is time to choose for my new dishwasher.

I am between 2 models:

no1 - G 4220 SCi
It is a basic model, not very attractive but it will do the job great. If yes, I ll get it in black. 900,00euros

no2 - G 5930 SCi D
Completly diffrent thing, last world of technology, I love it. The only disadvantage is that it seems very very "sensitive" I am afraid that all that super electonic staff that it has wont last for long... 1.950,00euros

I would really apriciate your opinion,
THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I was choosing

I would get G 4220 SCi, because I think it has enough programmes and options for my needs of dishwasher :)

Thnx Dex,
Do you think that the other one is very "fragile"???

Hi Dimitri,

I would go for this model as it has a good range of features of the G 5930 SCi. Saying that I have the G 5935 SCi XXL and love it

@Dimitris

Hi, I don't think the other one is "fragile", I just think, that (from my point of view) G 4220 SCi has all the options needed of a dishwasher :)

Thank you Dex and mielerod69!!!

Dex, I know that the g 4220 sci is a very good machine and I am sure that it has a good performance, that is why it is one of my options.... The g 5930 sci d is an other thing.....

It is very special.... It is a "luxurious dishwasher"!!!!!!!

Mielerod69' I am sure that you didn't just decide to buy a dishwasher...
You wanted the best!!!!!

The only thing that stops me from being 100% sure that I want it is all that fine technology that it has....
I live on a tiny greek island... I need something very reliable......
Do you thing that yours is a solid machine that is going to last for years to come?

Thank you both,
Dimitris.

Personally I would choose the G4220SCi. With spending twice as much, you still get one dishwasher. What extra cycles does the TOL model have that you really need? The more options on a machine, the more can break down. The lower end model is still a Miele, so you will get the same quality as when you spend double the amount of money.

Just my $0.02.

Yes, I usually advise people to go for a fairly basic appliance of a good make rather than a top of the range model of a cheap make. The top of the range ones usually represent quite poor value for money as they are priced high so they can keep the lower end models at a more competitive price. 1950 Euros is a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a household appliance.
