Actuality Andy I was just trying to hold off a stampede of people here trying to buy it before I could arrange shipping, I have a secret stash of these washers along with a 1/2 dozen D&M DWs and a few 1970s WW DWs.  LOL

Good to hear from you Andy I hope you are off to a good new year and I will look forward to talking to you sometime soon, John.

Hmmm, maybe the stash also has some of the prized post-GM Frigidaires that have all the beauty of the 1-18 but with fine WCI internals . . .

I had that washer in white. First new washer I ever bought. It wasn't bad, but got unbalanced really easy, and at the end of the cycle, it waited 2 minutes before unlocking the lid.

The last models lost the woodgrain, while retaining the same slip-shod quality...

Figured if it was tan, it would mean that it's almond!

Sad what the Mont. Ward appliances--esp. washers & dryers (a White-Westinghouse door/lint filter arrangement, anyone?)--evolved into...
