I would date that machine to be 1992 or 1993. It was still the basic 1990 design and before the introduction of the "Dependable Care" moniker in the 1994 series. Originally these machines were only available in the "black-face white", but towards the end of the run they introduced the "white on white" (E as opposed to W in the model code) that would become the standard on the later "Dependable Care" machines.
