WP PORTABLE DW

COOL WP DW This was next to TOL if it were a built in machine and may have been TOL for a portable?, this should be a 76-78 machine model# should begin SDF..... and sorry Paul the warming feature was gone by this time on portable WP DWs.

Great machine and great price if someone wants a great performer.

Looks like my parent's first Inglis Royal undercounter model. The Inglis had 5 pushbuttons and an energy saver switch rather than 6 pushbuttons.

Here's a better view of the controls.

I always liked those WP buttons - made five buttons look like twenty!

Or almost. (I count 15!)

What I don't like about these dishwashers is the chrome plastic end caps on each side of the control panel. They're easy to break  and often missing (I think the left one is missing on the portable in the ad). The anodized aluminum panel also looks bad on many of these dishwashers after years of usage. But that's probably because Whirlpool dishwashers last longer with regular usage than most brands of dishwashers including my those from my 3 favorite brands (I like Kitchen Aid but really like Waste King Embarassed and guess the other!).
