I would suggest that you start by cleaning out the dryer inside and check the fan belt to see if its stretched as that will slow the airflow and make the dryer too hot there are a couple of cutouts that will cut the power but am sure once you sort the fluff and possible belt you will have it up an running like new :o) Others more knowledgeable than I will be able to help you further am sure !
