I have the same AEG Lavamat 240 as pictured in the Ebay auction below. What I don't have is the 3 control knobs. What I'm hoping is that this seller would consider removing the knobs and shipping over to me here in Canada.

Is there anyone who could help communicate with this seller? I did send an "ask a question", however, it was in English. I didn't get a response. I have 100% positive on Ebay and could pay them with Paypal.

Fingers Crossed!

Guy

You might try:

"Ich möchte Ihnen die Bedienungsknöpfe separat abkaufen. Wenn Sie dazu bereit wären, würde ich mich freuen, von Ihnen zu hören."

Then provide your contact information.

Well

The seller e-mailed me back, and said no. Too bad. The auction ended, and the washer sold for a couple of bucks.

I will keep on looking for these knobs! My machine works just great, I use it a couple times a month. The way it shakes during the spin (no suspension) is a hoot!

Guy,

If you are confronted with a similar situation in the future remember Google translate.

www.translate.google.com...

You can type in any text you wish translated to most languages then do a copy and paste of the translation into your message to the seller. It would work in reverse too.

Good luck on the knob search!
