I have been asked for advice on repairing this machine but I'm not familiar with the make. I did find some YouTube videos so I now know what it looks like. Owner is in Budapest which is too far for me to go and fix it. He says that when it is filling, water comes out of the overflow instead of going in the drum. I've told him to try and remove a side panel and watch what happens when it fills. Does anyone here know these machines?

This machine is based on the AEG Lavamat 664. Although the control panel looks a bit newer, perhaps the Lavamat 220/240 series. They are very popular on Youtube...
