Noisey Maytag while spinning

It could be one of many things, a bad top spin bearing, a loose suspension support bolt where it attaches to the outer tub [ this will usually result in a leak also ], could be a damper pad that has come loose and be sure to look at the main drive belt carefully just a small bad spot can sometimes make a similar noise. If the washer is working fine otherwise and not leaking there is no problem continuing using it till the problem becomes more apparent.

I think I'm gonna have to agree with top spin bearing cause the belt is new and it also does it with nothing inside there. Also when you have the lid open you can hear it In the drum. My mothers old la612 used to be really bad sometimes.

Seems slow getting up to speed on the spin as well.

spin noise

It would be a rare thing for the sleeve bearing to make noise they dont typically do that unless the stem and seal were already leaking.I put the speaker up to my ear and I am hearing noisy bootseal assuming the damper pads havent come off.I have serviced hundreds of maytags like that and that design seal was famous for getting noisy during spin when it got old and warn.
