Does anyone know the year of the model in the picture?  IT seems like the lint filter idea may have been brand new, they are hawking it quite a bit. And it looks like no Perma-Press cycle, just a REGULAR and GENTLE cycle, though the cycle is hard to read.

I believe it is 1957. WP was so over the top with the button to release the lid as if you could not just lift it.
