We had installed a Bosch dishwasher 1 1/2 months ago, it is a 300 evolution series or something. Upper rack is 500 series quality, lower rack standard. Both covered with nylon. Top rack has those little "balls" at the end of tines, and bottom doesn't. Noticed last night some of the nylon is starting to wear off/chip off 3 off the tines in the bottom rack. Bosch is sending new rack but had no idea what could have caused it. I did not drop anything onto the rack nor am I jamming things in there. I load Corelle dishes mainly into the bottom of my diswasher. Have taken to not even putting large things in the bottom because I can't usually figure out how to fit them in. Anyways...thought maybe someone here may have ideas. I use Cascade Complete pacs and have gotten satisfactory washing results with these.
