Lover the idea, but bad built.

Really, the idea is genius, but building these as frotloaders had been a mistake. I would have taken the cabinet of a frer with its sizes, then moved the controls to the back or font top and bult the tub like an aerosmart fisher&paykel. It would have 2 bearings, 2 motors and so no drive problem. The most expensive part of this washer would have been removed: The drive system for both tubs.

Like Dyson vacuum cleaners, the washing machines are very difficult to work on. They are very complex and were never too reliable. Although they were very expensive new you could probably get one for nothing these days. The fact that Dyson only entered the washing machine market so briefly says it all.

very true fido,
Speaks volumes that Dyson don't support these machines anymore.
Since last year no spare parts are available through them. Very poor on so many levels.
