hello to all aw members first of all i would like to thank all aw members for making me consider as my next daily driver the huebsch speed queen washer if i buy the top load version it will most certainly be the Zwn432 the day my duet washer go bye bye witch will not be for a few months or year since my washer is already 10 years old with matching dryer.

Also there is someone i know who is a gamer that is looking on the craig list of her area for a good washer with matching gas dryer i recommended to that person that she consider a speed queen with matching gas dryer.

But she wents a whirlpool again until members here told me to consider huebsch canadien speed queen i might of gone with kenmore whirlpool ect but how can i convince that person that she would be better with purchusing a speed queen as she wents a top load model should i refer her to aw?

Again a big thank you for members for making me see the light and considering as my next daily driver huebsch.

I can't speak for the new belt drive Whirlpool family, but thier Direct Drive washers were some of the best machines ever made. I am happy with my SQ washer's cleanability. It agitates large loads well, and their is good turnover. Over all I am happy with the Speed Queen. Pierre, if I may ask you a question, if you want a new machine, and yours is ten years old, and you are not happy with it, why wait? Life is short, if you have the money, get what you want now.

Two completely different machines! The Whirlpool is mostly plastic. The only plastics on the Speed Queens are control knobs, drain hose, (tub to pump hose etc... is rubber)outer tub is stainless, agitator, fill flume, etc... The Whirlpool will be long gone while the SQ is humming away.
