Hello everyone.
I just recently purchased a snazzy-looking piece of crap. It's a kitchenaid "automatic water heating/quiet scrub", model # 4KUDP220T2-MS. After spending a loooong time cleaning from neglect, the cycle went through ok, but wasn't cleaning some of the top stuff, and left a bit of a greasy feel on the plastic screen. Re-adjusted a loose looking black hose on the ceiling of the tub, and tried again, only to find the cooling fan was broken. I have a donor machine,(model # 4KUDC220T5-F) and the fan looks good on that, along with looking identical to the crap one although it hasn't been tested. So, how hard would it be to switch them, or could I take the crap one out, and epoxy the fan?
I also have a Kitchenaid, Imperial 21, model # KDI-61C, that sprayed water over the cooling fan.
I'm getting very frustrated with having 3 machines, and none work properly.
Any suggestions?
I can send pictures, if that would help.
Thank you,
Christine.
