Yesterday me, my dad and my little sister went to the dump to see if there were any older Maytag's that were worth picking up. As we were just pulling into the dump a guy was dropping off a 1980's Maytag A712 washer. We asked why he throwing it out, and he said It worked forever and now I just want a new one. He said he was getting a Maytag A806 from the 70's to match with his Maytag dryer. Anyways, we took the washer home with us. It was overall in very new shape. Other than the agitator, well thats another story. But other than the agitator everything else is clean.
So we decided to take the agitator off and clean it. It was so bad we had to clean it in the bathtub. And I dont think I want to use this bathtub anymore... |
