KDI 18

I thought about this machine because its close to me but passed on it because I am a fan of those with the water heater feature. What do you think?

There is no water heater what so ever on this machine, you need hot [ aprox 140 F ] at the machine for best results. This and the KDC-18 were the last two KA DWs ever built with NO water heater.

The racks and parts are worth the asking price, good stockpile for your future Superba.

I had talked to her last month and she was firm at $100. I went today and offed $50 and she took it. It is spotless. The old lady who used to have it like washing dishes by hand and rarely used it. Really a great machine and is cleaner than my KDI 21. I only wish you could retrofit a water heater into it. Do you guys know if my stainless panels I have on my KDI 21 will fit it? The door trim is different, but I just wanted to make sure. A photo of the front is in the first post of this thread, I have put some others below.
