Greetings,

Picked up a GE Filter Flo washer with mini wash feature over the weekend which is missing the mini-basket and lint pan. Model WWA8364VKLWH, Serial AD115903G. Found an ad online for a mini-basket, lint pan and fabric softner dispenser and trying to determine if the pieces would fit the machine. The washer has the spiral agitator and I see from the pictures in the ad that the mini-basket has curved fins so in that respect I believe the basket would fit. Would like to know if the regular and large capacity machines used different size baskets and how I can determine if it is correct for my machine.

Even though the washer is labeled as extra large capacity Im surprised at how small the tub is.

Called GE and was told the correct basket part # for this washer is WH45X0124. Was told the # may or may not be on the basket. The pics of the mini basket are from the ad.

Thanks, Ken

This machine would use the large-sized mini basket and that's lucky for you because the smaller sized baskets are very rare these days. The other piece of good news is that I just saw a mini-basket advertised on eBay the other day. If I find the link I'll post it. Do you live near Kingston?

Im 45 min from Kingston. Can anyone give me the measurements of the large mini-basket? I would guess the experts on here would be able to tell from the pic if this is a large basket.

the one in the pic looks to be the smaller capacity, and it is rare to find one...

the large basket should be 11 1/2 inches tall......there were two styles, make sure you get the pan to match....

Martin,

Thanks for the info. When you say there were two styles of basket was that to correspond to the straight or spiral vane agitator? You also mention the pan. I notice the earlier machines had many "serrations" at the top of the agitator whereas my machine only has six. Does this make earlier and later pans not interchangeable?

I'll contact the seller and get the height of the basket and ask for a pic of the underside of the pan to see what style it is. If not correct for my machine Im guessing someone else here might be interested?

well yes, make sure you got the spirial and not the staightvane basket.....

but also look at these minibaskets, paying attention to the top, one is open and the other has an added top piece.....each one takes a different pan......

all pans of this size post should be interchangable, I have not found one that didn't fit other agitators of that style....

hope this helps.....anything else...let me know

Martin,

Heard back from the person that has the basket. She says its about 10 1/4" tall and 12 1/4" in dia. Does this sound correct for the smaller basket like you thought it looked to be? Its only 1 1/4" shorter than what you stated as the height of the large basket. Could that small difference in height be all that separated the small and large baskets? I dont suppose the smaller basket would work in the large capacity machine?
