After the prewash was done we had an little power failure. It wasnt because of the washing machine. I had to restart the machine when the power came back.

This design is similar to the smaller Asko washing machine.

Most of the bigger professional machines have the Asko-ish suspension.

I was not aware of that. While I was in Maryland back in 2012, I saw a coin laundry with new Wascomat machines but,the were not like these except for their door design. The irony of that experience was the owner of that place was the same guy who had another one a few miles from it named "Sudsville" . That laundry center had the "Launderama" front loading machines that were unique in that their was a shoot that came up out from the front and the door had a handle like the older GE dryers and a cabinet type latch to hold it open . No door switch. I wish that I had taken photos of those machines becsuse nobody here that I've spoken to about them has ever seen or heard of them. The mechenisms were on the rear upper part of the units where the control panel normaly would be on a front loader with all Westinghouse.parts. Four signal lights wash, rinse, softner, and spin.

I forgot to say the Sudsville place was from back in the mid sixties to early eighties. They were taken over and replaced the Launderamas with commercial GE machines.

This machine...

...remembers me of commercial Nyborg machines in the launderette. I believe they are an Electrolux company nowadays, too.
