Hi

I have a Hoover 0321 circa 1960. It has been living under the stairs in my parents home since it was retired from service in 1977 when it was replaced with an automatic model. The rubber on the mangle has degraded but everything else looks good. It was working when it was put into retirement but I have no idea if it works now. If anyone is interested in this machine then please let me know through this website. I don't want any payment but I only have 10 days to get rid of it (parents are moving to a new house ). If I don't find it a new home then it will need to go to the local tip. I live in Plymouth, Devon, UK and so you must be able to collect.

Thanks

Jules

Hoover washing machine model 0321

Hello me again!
Would it help if I uploaded some photos of the machine? Obviously I know nothing about washing machines but if this model is not very interesting then could somebody please let me know and I'll just take it to the local tip.

Many thanks

Jules

Hi Jules.

I can't take it on, as distance unfortunately precludes it :-(

Do post some photos if you can, as this will allow people to see exactly what is what with the machine externally and fingers crossed you will successfully find a taker for the machine.

Would seem a shame for it to have survived so long, only to be given to the council.

Regards and thanks for offering the machine via the forum.
Paul

Thanks Paul,

I'll try and get some photos this week, let's hope someone is interested!

Regards

Jules

Hoover 0321

Success! Young lad from Plymouth collected the machine on Tuesday. He's already working on it and has promised to send me updates. Many thanks to this website for saving the machine from the local tip. Good luck to all with your projects!

Best wishes

Jules
