I guess it is a pretty high BTU heater because it is vented. That oven porcelain is tired.

My GMom cooked on and heated her kitchen with a gas/coal stove. It had to be vented into the boiler flue. In my 60 years I can only remember her having two and with 7 kids she worked them!
