Long ad reads:

"Brought to you by Murco Recycling, a company committed to dispersing used building materials from houses before they get demolished or renovated. This cabinetry is coming out ahead of the demolition of the historic Comiskey mansion in Hinsdale, IL. The Comiskey family founded the Chicago White Sox, and the famed Comiskey Park was named after them. This home is a literal fount of Chicago history.

Our pricing is cheap, because you buy the materials while still installed and you are responsible for the deconstruction and removal of all items. If you've got the energy, we've got the goods!

Cabinetry specifications:
**Vintage green Geneva cabinetry with original textured finish
**Cabinets are all metal with slide-outs and upgrades galore
**Features two pull-out rolling laundry bins with dimensions 21" x 24" D, two large wall closets, and one pull-out wall-mounted ironing board with dimensions 17" x 59" x 5" D

We are offering this retro laundry room cabinetry package for $1320.00. Our pricing includes the Murco buyer's premium. There will be no further taxes added over and above the final price.

But wait! There's plenty more metal cabinetry where that came from. For further information, photos, and a complete list of Geneva products available from this property, go to:
www.murco.net/auction.phpQUESTION...

NOTES: Seriously guys, read these please!
The buyer is responsible for the timely removal and relocation of all purchased goods, according to the impending renovation schedule..." (and continues)

What a fabulous laundry - utility room.  Check out the vacuum - broom closet and the drying cabinet next to it.  I would love those built-in, rolling hampers too.  That room would be perfect with a set of Avocado Maytag 906's!

Good sleuthing, L!

9400 square feet, built in 1968.  That's quite a house, I love all the huge rooms.
