I'll go you one better - I've known people who had no Earthly idea their range even was a self-cleaner. If the range comes with the house, and the owner is the kind of person who can be around stuff and not really see it, you end up with someone who's amazed that they have an oven that cleans itself.
Do not ask me how someone can completely overlook the presence of an oven door latch lever and a "Clean" setting on the timer, but trust me, there are some very Incurious Georges out there. |
