Been trying to figure this out, trying to determine what order these control panels were manufactured in and what year for ge washer and dryers. I'm goin to take a guess at this. Here is a pic of control panels from the 1978 GE catalog. Of course this would be 1st.

Here is #2 the wood grain style control panel. I would guess manufactured around 81 or 82? Not sure if they went to the wood grain style Control Panel after the 1978 style Control Panel!

#3 this is my ge washer manufactured in June of 83. I have never seen a GE catalog that features this style of control panels! Don't know if u would have to look for a 1984 ge appliance catalog or another year? I have a ge catalog that features wood grain control panels for washer and dryers but it says October of 82 on the back of the catalog.

#5 Here is a pic of a list of control panels of washers and dryers from 1986. I've seen In the automatic ephemera the washer and dryer section out of a catalog from 1985 and the control panels look very similar if not the same. Just trying to figure Out which year catalogs feature which Control Panel styles
