Old enough to have the silverware basket in the lower rack (and not in the door!).

Nice!

Remember that Model Well

Wow, I remember that dishwasher well, my parents bought that same model dishwasher back in 1966 when we moved into a new house, as they didn't take the hotpoint from the old house. I thing my mom wasn't going to put up with washing dishes by hand after having a dishwasher. That machine held alot of dishes and washed very well. I remember that dishwasher lasted 13 years with no repairs on it at all. It was replaced with another Whirlpool dishwasher when the timer shorted out and a puff of smoke came out of the control panel. I still have the operating/installation instructions for that very model.

Beautiful machine. Wish it were closer to CT

Must have been one of the first front loaders to put the gasket in the door frame.

I had one too.

I had one of these in an apartment in Phoenix in the late 70s. As I recall it did a great job.
