It seems that all F&P offerings have been removed from my local retailers. Are they pulling back or out of the States? I was interested in looking at the latest laundry offerings, but cannot locate here.

F&P is still . . .

. . . offered at my dealer in North Carolina. It's a mom and pop type store that sells only appliances. But the big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot do not display F&P. However, I understand F&P can be ordered.

I've been told that F&P no longer offers the top load dryer because of new fire regulations on dryers in general. The new F&P dryer is basically a GE, but still maintains the reversing tumble mechanism AND has a glass door so that "fools" like me can watch the action.

I have yet to be disappointed in a F&P product that I have bought which includes the washer and dryer, the dish drawers, and a gas cooktop.

There are two new F&P frontload dryers to the U.S. market.  The TOL model has reverse tumble and a decorative glass panel set into the top.  The "BOL" model does not.

Both have a window door.

The TOL model has a few more cycle options.

I sure would like to have a closer look at them. Not that I am on the market for a set, but that has never stopped me from looking...
