For $150 with just a noise, and they're on stands ....

Ad reads: " Maytag Neptune Frontload Washer and Dryer. Dryer works fine. Washer works but just started to make noise. "

Can you say MAJOR BEARING JOB, seller knows darn well that he was facing a big repair, why else did he buy a new pair, good W&D but the washer is only worth about $20 as it is now, the dryer is the only real value for most folks.

50.00 in parts, and about 2 hours labor, bearings and seal.....and you would be in good hands with a great pair...

but true, I have paid a lot less for my sets....without the bearing issues...

Yes, we are green with envy how these sets jump off the curb and into your vehicle. Maybe not those Neptunes, but when I saw this ad, I thought, "Martin would probably tackle this one, but he doesn't need another set...unless the basement square footage mysteriously grows while on vacation. :-)

you would think, there's always room for more.....but both houses are booked solid at the moment....yet, when your looking, you can't find any....thats the way it goes
