The oven "needs cleaned"

it's a self-cleaning top oven. Probably don't know how to set the controls to clean the top oven.

It amazes me sometimes at the amount of people that want to "upgrade" their kitchens but yet they want to get rid of appliances that work "great" and replace it with something else.

I would think it would be easy enough to incorporate those cooktops into any new kitchen and I could understand replacing the double oven since they don't mention it's greatness (lol).

You can easily upgrade your kitchen without having to get everything brand spanking new and still keeps those appliances that you feel work great for you.

God forbid, when you upgrade, you don't chuck out all the old (regardless of its condition), and replace with some piece of junk that is brand new just to keep up with the Jones's.

They only realize it few years later when that so called "upgrade" starts to fall apart and breakdown that they wish they still had what they had before.

I think that Hotpoint double oven is a 24" model, at least it appears to be on this monitor.

Phil-

Oh Damn! I forgot about the compatibility factor for the app on today's I-phones!

Would be nice to have the stove do something for you without having to be directly in front of it. You know it would be a shame if you had to put your wine or cocktail glass down and get up from that comfortable chaise or lounge that your relaxing in before dinner. Just be sure you open your stove's webcam app so you can see from your phone what the hell you forgot to do as dinner goes up in a puff of smoke!

Modern technology....don't you just love it! ;)
