from my hometown, too:

" Good condition, General Electric white electric range/stove. Range has an extra wide body, great for additional space to prepare food. Wide-body also contains a secondary oven, great for smaller items, or dual dishes requiring differing temperatures. Range has a very historic and vintage look to it. Outside body is in good condition. There is one peculiar flaw that must be pointed out: The main oven makes an audible humming noise when on. I do not know how this came about. It does not affect the performance of the oven, nor draw power from elsewhere on the stove.

The range's measurements are: 40 inches wide, 36 inches tall (an additional ten inches tall for the rear console control), 25 inches deep.

If, as I suspect, this vintage range is sold more for its historic value, I would surmise the needed repair could be made with modest effort, bringing this unit into full functionality. All four electric range coils work properly. The back light works well, and two 110v outlets are in front of the rear console.

I am asking $100 or best. I am also selling a GE side by side white refrigerator, in great shape. If you are interested in both items, let's make a deal!"

Nice one! Even has the two bonus features - self-cleaning oven and fluorescent work light.

Nice Range!

Just one model off the TOL (no Sensi-Temp, rotisserie or meat thermometer).

It's 1967 or later; that windowed oven door on a P*7 model is the giveaway. I'm going to guess '70s, because of the stamped skirts on the oven control knobs.

Very nice range. Not quiiiiiite nice enough for our Hans, but nice. :)

Last one, No offense, but that one with the small pushbuttons was never my favorite.

Hans - same idea here; prefer those larger buttons, too...easier to use
