I worked on my second Speed Queen yesterday. The machine was about 9 and a half years old. The motor was overheating and the thermal was kicking out. Since I was replacing the motor anyway, I went ahead and replaced the belt and pump (which comes as a fix kit) too. Took not quite an hour and the lady was very happy when I left. That has been the youngest Speed Queen so far for repair! Mark
