The looks like a first generation DD machine to me. Isn't that the "DESIGN 2000" insignia over the water level switch?

Malcolm-
I totally agree with you on that machine being DD. You can tell by the size of the lid and how much of an apron surrounds it on the top of the machine. BD machines have a wider apron around their lid openings and the lids are a little bit smaller.

I can go along with that idea of taking the free house and the seller keeping that washer!I'll provide my own washer to go with my new free house!!BUT--the commute from South Bend to the Greenville,NC transmitter site would not work out!It is a pretty peice of property the house is on!The place is kinda nice.
