Well, long ago, before the dawn of time...Ken More met Kelvin Ator, they had washers and dryers. Ken left and Kelvin was left alone. the end. :-) I think they have a different rationale.

It began as a Kelvinator. Kelvy created this frame for their own 40-inch ranges, and when WCI got its meathooks into Kelvy, the frame was used for several other brands - GE and Kenmore among them. In fact, Frigidaire uses this frame today.

So, either this seller knows their stuff, or their wild guess was a lucky one. Either way, that's a Kelvinator frame in Kenmore drag.

$400 is absurd for a WCI-built Kenmore without self-cleaning, I'm sorry.

$125 on a good day, maybe. And $75 would be better.
