Does this person have any idea how much expensive work this thing needs?

The top needs to go to Custom Ceramic Coatings for reporcelainizing. The base needs to be media-blasted and repainted professionally. It needs a more appropriate faucet. And then you get into whatever the dishwasher needs.

Sheesh!

Well don't forget about the stove. That does seem to be in somewhat decent shape.
Everybody so far has just been commenting on the sink/dw unit. I do agree that the sink does need some TLC on the outside. Hopefully the DW is functioning and stove doesn't have any issues.

Price could come down a bit.
