Both touch panels look like they've been abused. there are membranes missing on both.

I do see wear on the dryer's console- small hole in the regular fabrics button, I think it's the water level button under the monitor window, and indents on the option buttons on the left side of the control panel.
On the washer I don't see any wear on any of the buttons but it does looked a little "aged" so to speak.
Would have been nice to see a couple "money shots" to see how well they were cared for.

OOPS I goofed!

I got my consoles mixed up. (sorry about that...lol) But the second button from the left under the dryer's monitor window is messed up. Can't tell what function it did. The other two buttons are dryer temp. and signal level besides the up and down keys.

I wouldn't go so far as saying they were abused, but were more than likely just used.  While the membrane is in tact on my A9900, it's pretty thin for the commonly used buttons.  Since the membrane physically moves with each push, it can crack as it ages.
