here are the pics of the old and the new dishwasher at my work. They are uploaded on webshots as well and of course i will give the link after the pics.

Now on the first pic you see the old dishwasher. It was leaking a lot and at least the electronics failed BIG time. It was to expensive to buy a new electronic board so we decide to buy a new one.

On the second pic you see the inside of the old dishwasher. It looks pretty good.

Re: Other Appliances near Dishwasher:

Hi! Fredrik, Thank You for sharing the Pix's of the New and Old Dishwasher. Am I seeing and thinking that they both are Bosch Models? Do happen to know approx how old the old Dishwasher was? It doesn't look like it was very old at all...

I'm noticing what looks like a few Washers and maybe a Dryer, might we have some Pix's of them as well?

Peace, enjoy the new Dishwasher, Steve

Fredrik, that's a nice new dishwasher. Friends of mine bought an AEG (Steve) too and I was amazed by the silent operation of it. My older AEG although scoring a 44dB is much louder. The old dishwasher must be like 5 years old, is that correct?

Nice dishwasher there Fredrik!

We had an AEG like that too until we got a new kitchen with fully integrated appliances (that's where we updated to a Miele), very nice dishwasher although I must admit that my new Miele even exceeds our old-but-not-so-old AEG for cleaning and quietness, as well as general quality & layout of the racks - the bottom rack in particular and also the cutlery tray.

Have linked to some pics of my old AEG dishwasher - enjoy!

Jon

Great new machine, enjoy!

Tell us about that stove/cooker/range.
Is the voltage in Sweden 220/440 volts for such heavy loads?

What do your power outlets (power-points) look like?

TYVM~~ Thank you very much.

To SactoTeddyBear: The Bosch was about 3 years old if i,m not mistaken. Te other machines you see in the pics are those i recycle. All photos are taken at my job.

To Foraloysius: The old one was about 3 years old. We are 20 persons at job so the dishwasher is pretty running 24/7 when we are there. The reason it leaked was because someone had tripped on the door when it was open. The metallic broke and it started leaking. (Can be seen on the pic after my text.). The second reason it broke was because the electronics broke due to damp coming in there.

To Toggleswitch: Its just a ordinary stove here in sweden. You can cook on the cooker and warm food in the oven. We have 240 volts here in Sweden.

Here is the pic of the broken metallic. Sorry for not being better picture quality.

Ah, sombody busted the hinge (the part the door moves with to stabilize it). That'll do it. Wouldn't it have been more cost effective to replace the hinge when it got broken?
