Remove the water flume and soak the entire hose unit in Lemi-Shine overnight. Reinstall and it'll be like new! |

Hi, you actually only need to replace the black rubber part inside, it is available separately. And you can by-pass the whole thing if you are on your own well water system where there is not the possibility of having water back-up from your washer into the public drinking water system,this is why this strange thing is required in the first place.
