Those are sweet! One bid! That's the best kind of bidding - but 2 more days. GOOD LUCK!

Beautiful set

There is a problem with the spring in the child-killer door handle on the dryer.

Isn't that dryer a 701?  Cosmetically they look to be in fantastic shape!

I saw tons of this series of Maytag washers (including the model with the cold water control on top.) They were always great to "recondition" for the resale floor. Most of the time, if you opened the front and there wasn't oil that had sprayed out of a spinning leaking power unit all over the interior, all you needed to do was replace the leaking metal pump with a shiney new Poly Pump and you were good to go. They were such nice quiet machines. Lots of matching dryers came in along with the leaking washers. I think housewives just had to have appliances in the new avacado or harvest gold fashion colors. Maytag pink, green, brown (yellow?) and white were just sooooooooo last year.
