I saw this a day or so ago, I had this same model in avocado. Nice unit but certainly not worth $400. The same seller has a GE cooktop and oven for sale - also priced crazy, especially since the cooktop looks trapped by tile. An 80's Hotpoint dishwasher as well $75.
