Amazing how many G.E. Electric Sinks, as well as other brands, have turned up since I first started collecting them in mid-2008! $300 is over priced, especially considering the condition of the cabinet on the sink side. $100 at best. Dishwasher is inoperative lively because of a plugged water valve. Otherwise, the dishwasher is likely restorable, save the tub gasket, which often leaked after years of use. Aside: in my analysis of the parts sheets on these pull-out, drawer style G.E. Dishwashers, G.E. Engineers must have been plagued with complaints from the selling Dishwasher Dealers due to Tub leaks. It seems that every subsequent model from 1950 through the mid 1950's, had an engineering change to the clamp and lid mechanism assembly. Mike |
