Looks like it might be a Candy from the 1980s, particularly from the high porthole position.

I agree about the Candy. There is also a Hoover Spinarinse in the second pic and possibly a single tub next to it. Where is the picture from?

I'd agree with Candy. I initially thought Spinarinse too Steve, but looking closer I think it might be a Debonair Autopump as the hose exit's on the wrong side for a Hoover and the cable clips look as if they are painted body colour.
