A Vulcan at that. 6 High powered burners, flat top grill, over-fired broiler, convection oven and standard oven all in one! BTW lifting those burner grates out to send them through the dishmachine may require a crane. I've only seen these in showrooms but I can tell they are BUILT and will out cook most anything.

That looks like the gas version of the Vulcan in our church kitchen.
