Hamilton - Hamilton washers were sourced from Norge in the 50's, with their dryer production starting way before they had a washer to sell. www.automaticwasher.org/cgi-bin/T...

I guess that I would know a thing or two about Blackstones. Our family business was a Blackstone dealer here in Springfield, MA, until Blackstone stopped appliance manufacturing in the 1970s. If you have any questions in particular, I could probably answer them.

Blackstone manufactured its own design, with the factory in Jamestown, NY. A couple of pictures of a 350 that I rebuilt.
