That fridge is awesome! The Sheer Look appliances are my favorite. They're a bit over the top design-wise, which makes them all the better!

I'd like to get this one if I was closer!

Have this unique "antique". A refrigerator made by General Motors. It is a side by side that works wonderfully. They do not make a refrigerator to last and run as well as this one does, it just doesn't fit in our about to be new kitchen.

It works GREAT.

If that Custom Imperial Ceramatop had a white front, I'd grab it and have it shipped.here. I hate black glass on any color appliance other then black or charcoal grey.I had the TouchNCook from that same in both poppy red and harvest gold nut hated the black glass front on them.

Frigidaire
60"tall x 25"deep x 30"wide

This is an older fridge - in a sort of greenish yellowish color.
It works just fine, would be great in a garage or shop.

May need door adjusted or a new seal, but machine works fine.

Freeeeee ~
Shoot me an e-mail and you can come pick it up.
You'll need a dolly/hand truck. We will help get it into your car if needed.

Chuck,

The Ceramatop is a Custom Deluxe model. The Custom Imperial was the Touch-N-Cook after it was introduced in mid-1973. The former Custom Imperial had it's Speed Heat burner removed and was renamed Custom Deluxe...

If you want to change the color, all you need is to do is to repaint the drawer... These aren't even porcelain coated!

Or you can replace the drawer and the sides with those from any 1970's 30" Frigidaire range of the color you want! Can even get rid of the black glass and get panels and door from any self-cleaning range that doesn't have a glass. Since this one has the Ceramatop, you can even get Poppy panels from a self-cleaning Super (as you won't need the top). Poppy was only available on the Super and on the Touch-N-Cook.

That's what I did with my Harvest Gold mid-1973 Custom Deluxe... It's now white and my 1971 Deluxe range is now Harvest Gold!

On mine, I needed to replace the door panel and the top too...

On the late 1970's models, you'd need to repaint the trim above the fluorescent or replace it with another one (or maybe you could just remove the paint and it would look like those on the 1969-74 models).

Here's what I did with mine... Really an easy job!

I just saw an ad for a Frigidaire Flair fridge. I thought there was either an error in the listing or the ad was for a Flair range and a fridge but apparently, I was wrong! (see the second picture!).

Now, this isn't a GM Frigidaire but I just learned that Flair refrigerators do exist!

There is sadly no flair in that fridge, unless you count the duct tape. laughing
