Hey fellas,
I visited a great estate sale the other week. The previous owner had bought the house new in 1959 and hadn't updated furniture or most things in over 40 years. Sadly the only vintage appliance left was a 60s era cold spot freezer, and the original Hotpoint wood tone wall oven/cooktop and nutone vent hood. The man of the house was a Hotpoint salesman and they kept the paperwork for everything! Even things that have been gone for decades. In there I found the paperwork for the original washer, dryer and dishwasher. Does anyone have any of these? How about a good color picture? They look very attractive from this b/w. I wish the late 50s/early 60s stuff were easier to find! This post was last edited 09/06/2014 at 16:31 |

I guess it pays to look harder. Does anyone happen to have one? I saw a mention of a dryer in the archives, but no picture.
Paul, it's an optical illusion. CLICK HERE TO GO TO classiccaprice's LINK
