Hi there! I'm having a problem with my washer. It doesnt drain the water after the first cycle. I already changed the pump, checked the coupler, the capacitor and it still doesnt work :(

What else should I check? I really dont want to buy a new one just yet :(

Thanks for the help

Is the motor reversing? (direct drive) this could be caused by a faulty timer/ electronics.

Is this an older belt-driven model with a wig-wag? How are the connections?

Is 80's yea or the model number series?

hey thanks for the reply!

Hm, I didnt see a belt nor a wigwag and 80 is the year.

I've used a volt/ohm meter to check them and the wires and connections look okay.

Is this an '80 series' washer..direct drive? Did you check the lid switch? Does it fill and agitate then not do anything else...like it's off? Or does it hum, but won't drain, then spin. A model # would help.

Must be a Canadian model. Doesn't appear to be a good model no. Double check the number.
