The stoves logo is on the glass behind the left rear burner but it's hard to make out. |

Tappan, too. There's an awful lotta knobs on that stove. I think that was one of those warming tray shelf models. Do you think 70's or 80's? |

This looks like a Wards Signature Menu Magic--a Tappan rebadge, but I always thought the high-fashion look was fun. I can't see in this pic if this unit had the warming tray above, so that you could set your cereal boxes on fire.
We went to an estate sale a couple of years ago (from whence we nabbed the Dual-Wash top-load dishwasher), and the house was a swank MCM bit with floating fireplace that was open to three different rooms simultaneously, with the most insane wallpaper in every room. Pendant globe lamps--the whole nine yards. The ENTIRE house was Wards to the hilt, and had this stove. The fans, heaters, dishwasher, every thing I could find was Ward's. I didn't go so far to verify, but would have wagered that there was Brent underwear in the chest-of-drawers, and Style House draperies on the windows. They had a ramada out by the pool for dining al-fresco, and had built a wall oven into the *exterior* wall of their pool-house, such that someone could easily pull dinner right from the oven to the table--OUTSIDE. Now THAT is design. |

There is a switch on the left labeled "warmer" so it probably has one. |
